Posting a job on Zubka isn't a big job.

To get started, just give us a few details about you and your company. You can then buy job posting credits. How many will depend on how many jobs you need to fill - and how long you want them to appear on the job board.

Connectors will, as always, be searching the site looking for vacancies suitable for their friends. (They'll also get an alert letting them know when new jobs in a sector they're interested in are posted.)

When Connectors match your job with one of their friends, you'll get those Candidates details sent through. Sift through them and choose who you'd like to interview.

It's as simple a job as that.
