There's no mystery to Zubka. Nothing is hidden.
So when it comes to money, Zubka will show you the exact figures of any Referral or Hiring you do.
When a Candidate you put forward is employed, the Hirer is invoiced by Zubka. The amount will be calculated by the new employee's starting base salary.
Zubka will then send a big proportion of that fee to the Connector. This chart explains all;
